Package was generated with pyp2spec, simplifying the review.

- package builds and installs without errors on rawhide
- test suite is run and all unit tests pass
! latest version of the sotware is packaged
  3.0.23 is out, please update when importing
- license matches upstream specification (MIT) and is acceptable for Fedora
  NOTE: there's an example under BSD-2-Clause. It's not shipped, but consider declaring them either using SourceLicense (but not on EL <= 10) or using License, then overriding the license of the binary subpackage to just MIT
