Please branch and build python-scikit-image in epel10.

If you do not wish to maintain python-scikit-image in epel10,
or do not think you will be able to do this in a timely manner,
I would be happy to be a co-maintainer of the package (FAS: kkeithle);

I was able to build python-dask without this and this has many dependencies, including xorg-x11-Xvfb, and Xvfb won't be built for epel10
