Description of problem:
Trying to install glances on using epel-10 release, I get error because the package are not available

Steps to Reproduce:
- install 10 os major version
- install related epel-release package
- create packages cache
- try to install glances package

Actual results:
Missing package

Expected results:
Package installed like epel-release 9

I have successfully build glances for epel10 by using f39 version of spec. This is the first version after fedora 36, which is the base of epel10, that works without changes.

```
fedpkg request-branch epel10
fedpkg switch-branch epel10
git merge f39
fedpkg --release epel10 mockbuild
fedpkg --release epel10 lint
# Update Release in glances.spec to 1%{?dist}
```

I misplaced versions, fedora 40 was the base of epel10, and it works as well.

```
fedpkg request-branch epel10
fedpkg switch-branch epel10
git merge f40
spectool -g glances.spec
fedpkg --release epel10 mockbuild
fedpkg --release epel10 lint
# Update Release in glances.spec to 1%{?dist}
```
