Description of problem:
Trying to install glances on using epel-10 release, I get error because the package are not available

Steps to Reproduce:
- install 10 os major version
- install related epel-release package
- create packages cache
- try to install glances package

Actual results:
Missing package

Expected results:
Package installed like epel-release 9

i would love to have this package, but this is a medium Severity at best :)
