Description of problem:
Connection to Global address list fails with error "Error loading addressbook"
The problem was not present in RHEL4 and the exchange settings are unchanged.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set gal address in evolution exchange configuration
2. Try to search for an address

Actual results:
Error "Error loading addressbook" is reported

Expected results:
Display gal search results

Additional info:
I know this is a duplicate of 203617 and 216573 but they have not been updated
for 5 months
