Please branch and build fltk in epel10/10.0.

If you do not wish to maintain fltk in epel10,
or do not think you will be able to do this in a timely manner,
I would be happy to be a co-maintainer of the package (FAS orion);
please add me through https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/fltk/adduser

It builds fine with the change in https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/fltk/pull-request/6

Will you be able to branch and build fltk in epel10?
I would be happy to be a co-maintainer if you do not wish
to build it on epel10 (FAS: orion).
