Package was generated with rust2rpm, simplifying the review.

Patches are justified (the unicode-width -> 0.1.14 dep bump would be appropriate for upstream too -- 0.1.14 has the same behaviour as 0.1.12, the breaking change from 0.1.13 was reverted in it and only reintroduced in 0.2.0).
