Description of problem:There is no EPEL version of fcitx (or fcitx5 which is the one in Fedora these days.It would be nice to have, especially since if one installs a light RHEL10 desktop, like labwc or dwl instead of the default Gnome, ibus-daemon won't start.

Additional info:
My real wish is for fcitx5-anthy, but I suspect if I have a working fcitx5 rpm, I can build anthy and fcitx5-anthy, from srpms

I requested an fcitx-kkc package in 2017 for RHEL9, I think on https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1512614
