rpm built from F20 srpm

Description of problem:
EPEL currently has fcitx-anthy available. However, anthy seems to have been dead upstream for a long time now. Due to various reasons, apparently RH and Fedora aren't using mozc (See https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Features/libkkc)

ibus-kkc is already available. The srpm from https://archive.fedoraproject.org/pub/archive/fedora/linux/releases/20/Everything/source/SRPMS/f/fcitx-kkc-0.1.0-3.fc20.src.rpm rebuilds on CentOS-7 without modification so it seems it would be fairly simple to make fcitx-kkc available.

Additional info:

Rebuilt rpm attached. Done by just getting the srpm and running rpmbuild -ba on the spec file.

This, of course, will benefit many Japanese users (like myself) in addition to those who work with the Japanese language.

This seems to have not been updated though I think there is an EPEL package for RHEL8. However, there seems to be no RHEL9 package available (no fcitx at all) for RHEL9. Not sure if this should be added to this bug or if it merits a new bug. (Waves hello to Akemi-san and Alan)

Unfortunately, I don't see a place to edit. I've changed version to EPEL9
