I've seen the same on suspend to disk/RAM on an Thinkpad X60 (x86), with this kernel. Even an external USB keyboard doesn't work. I'll note that when in this state, the power button and mouse both work. Selecting 'Switch User' also works, so it's not X that's the problem. Ctrl+Alt+F1 does not work. Sadly there isn't an on-screen keyboard to painfully enter a password (and begin debugging) with... This is not consistant, but I'm pretty sure this is related to the iwlwifi module or the wifi hardware, and a duplieate of #238407.
