Hello,

Please create an epel10 branch for the existing Fedora package "xrandr".

Reason:
- inxi on EPEL 10 requires xrandr (blocks: Bug 2321352).
- Verified: builds successfully in a CentOS Stream 10 mock (epel-10-x86_64).
- All build/runtime deps resolve from Base/EPEL on EL10.

Artifacts:
- Mock build log attached (epel-10-x86_64).
- SRPM/Spec can be provided if helpful.

Steps to Reproduce:
 N/A – This is an EPEL10 branch creation request for the existing Fedora package "xrandr".
Actual Results:
EN: No epel10 branch exists for xrandr in dist-git.

Expected Results:
epel10 branch is created for xrandr (dist-git), so it can be built for EPEL10.

Additional Information:
Verified mock build succeeds on epel-10-x86_64 (CentOS Stream 10). All deps resolve from Base/EPEL.
Mock build log attached. This request blocks Bug 2321352 (inxi).
