rnc2rng is unmaintained upstream---it depends on rply which is also unmaintained upstream. So, we're in a bit of a sticky situation here. Citeproc-py is required by duecredit, which is required by bidscoin. So, if we can't sort this out, we'll have to orphan them all (or move them to our test-suite).
