Needs python-rnc2rng to be unretired: https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-rnc2rng ``` Problem: nothing provides requested ((python3dist(rnc2rng) < 2.6.2 or python3dist(rnc2rng) > 2.6.2) with python3dist(rnc2rng) >= 2.6.1) ``` rnc2rng is unmaintained upstream---it depends on rply which is also unmaintained upstream. So, we're in a bit of a sticky situation here. Citeproc-py is required by duecredit, which is required by bidscoin. So, if we can't sort this out, we'll have to orphan them all (or move them to our test-suite).
