This probably belongs in plasma-workspace, as most of the KDE session stuff is there. Nate @KDE is providing a fix KDE BZ #510135 KDE bug report #510135. It seems the fix will be in Plasma 6.4.6. Fixed in Plasma 6.5 Proposed as a Freeze Exception for 43-final by Fedora user derekenz using the blocker tracking app because: When more that one user is logged in, there should be a warning when attempting to restart the system that user data for the other user might be lost. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Create at least two users. 2.Login with one user. 3.Through user switching login to the other. 4.Both users should then be logged in. 5.From either user attempt to restart the system. Actual Results: When restarting the system with both users logged in, no warning appears. Expected Results: Should see a warning that the other user is logged in and might loose data. There is a fix KDE BZ #510135 +4 in https://pagure.io/fedora-qa/blocker-review/issue/1997 , marking accepted. FEDORA-2025-141b1a48da (Plasma-workspace fix: Show a warning if you are logging out with multiple users logged in) has been submitted as an update to Fedora 43. https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2025-141b1a48da FEDORA-2025-141b1a48da has been pushed to the Fedora 43 testing repository.
