Description of problem:
collectd is missing in EPEL10

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
collectd-5.12 (latest from Fedora FC44)

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. yum install collectd

Actual results:
root@lonnfstest1:~# dnf install collectd
Updating Subscription Management repositories.
Last metadata expiration check: 2:02:45 ago on Mon 15 Dec 2025 07:58:48 AM EST.
No match for argument: collectd
Error: Unable to find a match: collectd
root@lonnfstest1:~# cat /etc/redhat-release

Expected results:
collectd should be installed

Additional info:
It's built for EL8, and EL9.

Please, can we request it for EL10 as well?
