Steps to Reproduce:
1.Used Fedora Media Writer on MacOS (non-arm64 build 5.2.9)
2.Downloaded Fedora Workstation 43 from installer
3.Followed the installer process and keep hitting the same issue and the smae 95% mark

Might be user error. I have windows installed on that drive and it might be whats causing the issue. Will wipe the drive and try again.
