Upgrading F43 to F44 via 'dnf system-upgrade' fails 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
on F43:

1.dnf system-upgrade download --releasever=44

Actual Results:
Testing offline transaction
Transaction failed: Rpm transaction failed.
  - file /usr/share/texlive/texmf-dist/doc/latex/newcommand/newcommand.py from install of texlive-newcommand-12:svn18704-3.fc44.noarch conflicts with file from package texlive-newcommand-doc-11:svn18704.2.0-80.fc43.noarch
  - file /usr/share/texlive/texmf-dist/doc/latex/newcommand/spark.py from install of texlive-newcommand-12:svn18704-3.fc44.noarch conflicts with file from package texlive-newcommand-doc-11:svn18704.2.0-80.fc43.noarch


Expected Results:
successful upgrade

for now, I'm removing texlive - to work-around this error.

Valid, but you may be the only human to ever install texlive-newcommand-doc. :D

Nevertheless, a Provides/Obsoletes will resolve this.

I use: `dnf install texlive-scheme-full`

Aha, I see why this failed, the old newcommand-doc had a longer version than the simplified svn##### version I'm using everywhere now, so the obsolete is too narrow. Fixing it in -4.
