Description of problem:

Ryan McCabe found this one; we just fixed it.  If you fence a node in a RHEL5
cluster, ccs_tool update will no longer work, and will complain with: 

Unable to open connection to maggie.lab.boston.redhat.com: Bad file descriptor

Failed to update config file.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible: 100%

Steps to Reproduce: 
1. Form cluster
2. Uncleanly kill a node so that it is fenced
3. Update config
4. try to send new config to cluster
  
Actual results:
Fail

Success

This request was evaluated by Red Hat Product Management for inclusion in a Red
Hat Enterprise Linux maintenance release.  Product Management has requested
further review of this request by Red Hat Engineering, for potential
inclusion in a Red Hat Enterprise Linux Update release for currently deployed
products.  This request is not yet committed for inclusion in an Update
release.
