Description of problem:
I have attached xvinfo output. RGB format is not present there. Holds true for
both of my work computer (i810 driver) and my home computer (nvidia 100.14.11
driver).

And?  That doesn't mean it's not printing it; it means your drivers claim not to
support it.  xvinfo definitely has code to print supported RGB formats.
