Any idea when this vulnerability will get patched?

Is it just a matter of updating rpm to mod_http2 2.0.42 or is it more involved than that?

I also want to know the status of process by package maintainers.
It seems most affected redhat product have been patched already.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 45 development cycle.
Changing version to 45.
