Description of problem:
No Xfce4 pakages available in 10, in or out of a group - no individual RPMs, nor the "Xfce" group exist.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install 10
2. Enable EPEL
3. sudo dnf groupinstall "Xfce" or 

Actual results:

Expected results:

It would be great if this could be brought forward from 9, please.
