Please fix mhwaveedit at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
mhwaveedit will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 46,
mhwaveedit will be retired, if it still fails to build.

Tried the build just now on COPR for rawhide,
and it builds just fine.

Your log says "sources not present in lookaside cache".
Looks to me that the bug is in the "lookaside cache".

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 45 development cycle.
Changing version to 45.
