Tried the build just now on COPR for rawhide, and it builds just fine. https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/peterbb/mhwaveedit/builds/ Your log says "sources not present in lookaside cache". Looks to me that the bug is in the "lookaside cache".
This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 45 development cycle. Changing version to 45.
