Description of problem:
Cannot scan as a normal user; the USB device node does not have the right
permissions.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
2.7.7-1.fc8

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Plug in an HP multi-function device.
2.Try to scan.

Here is an updated hplip-udev-rules.patch file that, in conjuction with the pam
console.perms in bug #251468, fixes it for me.

Should be fixed (after a fashion) in 2.7.7-3.fc8.

Better fix in 2.7.7-4.fc8.
