Just curious, is this a runtime dependency for something like an IDE, or is it a test dependency that can/should be patched out per https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/packaging-guidelines/Python/#_linters, saving you the work of packaging and maintaining it?

Comment 3 Gwyn Ciesla 2026-08-31 18:33:07 UTC
Not the latter, just something I use personally.

Comment 4 Ben Beasley 2026-09-01 06:45:51 UTC
It seems like you updated this with test dependencies, skips, and so on that were meant for python-hatch-mypyc.

Comment 5 Gwyn Ciesla 2026-09-01 21:13:16 UTC
I astound myself sometimes. Re-updated.
