Just curious, is this a runtime dependency for something like an IDE, or is it a test dependency that can/should be patched out per https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/packaging-guidelines/Python/#_linters, saving you the work of packaging and maintaining it?
Not the latter, just something I use personally.
It seems like you updated this with test dependencies, skips, and so on that were meant for python-hatch-mypyc.
