Description

At first glance it looks fine. It is a bit late on Friday for me so I might not finish it until Monday, but after that I am happy to sponsor LGTM, APPROVED
I'll go ahead and start the sponsorship process
Digest from the Matrix conversation:
- the library naming (lib%{name}-%{version}.so) is nonstandard. there's now an upstream bug linked tracking it. FWIW wlroots (which this is a drop-in replacement for) also has this issue
- tinywl needed to be excluded, it's an example and is CC0 licensed which is no longer allowed
