Description Edward Kuns 2001-02-01 14:59:06 UTC
Here is the appropriate section from /etc/sysconfig/hwconf:

class: NETWORK
bus: PCI
detached: 0
device: eth
driver: unknown
desc: "Unknown vendor|unknown device 1317:0985"
vendorId: 1317
deviceId: 0985
subVendorId: 1317
subDeviceId: 0574

and from lspci -n:

00:11.0 Class 0200: 1317:0985 (rev 11)

and from plain old "lspci":

00:11.0 Ethernet controller: Bridgecom, Inc: Unknown device 0985 (rev 11)

(Let me know if any other output, such as "lspci -v," would help.)

The card is Linksys LNE100TX version 4.1 -- it requires a recent
"tulip" driver to function at all, but works perfectly with the tulip
driver in Fisher once hand configured.

Fixed in CVS, will be in next build.
