Description of problem:

kexec-tools ships two norwegian bokmål translations. no.po is obsolete and
should be removed.

Retargeting this as a tracker for all packages that ship obsolete translations.

Doesn't seem like it's been fixed yet after all...

Changing version to '9' as part of upcoming Fedora 9 GA.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 10 development cycle.
Changing version to '10'.
