How reproducible:

100% 2 machines  have not tried with additional machines.  

Steps to Reproduce:
1. start a network install  (http)
2. get to the place of entering your ip information and say ip4 static
3. enter static information
4. go and enter the url
  
Actual results:

It goes on to say that it is deterining the host have for a considerable about
of time.   Then it goes on to the next step comes up and the system hangs

Now the reverse ip system is setup, but is not working great for these stations.

Should be working in rawhide.
