Description of problem:
Changing from runlevel 5 to 3 would start a second ez-ipupdate instance, on
start it should be checked whether instance is already running.

Thanks. The patch wasn't in unified diff format and seemed to put the
conditional in an odd spot. This patch is in unified diff format. Does this
look like what you had intended?

Thanks for the patch and the bug report. I don't have a great way to test this
at the moment, but the patch looks fairly straightforward. So...

Committed in ez-ipupdate-3.0.11-0.17.b8

...packages are building now for devel and F8. I'll let this sit in
updates-testing for a bit. Please test if you're able once they're done.
