NSS has been moved from seamonkey to stand-alone package in RHEL-4.7 and updated
to 3.12. All applications what build against it have to be updated.

Hat Enterprise Linux maintenance release.  Product Management has requested
further review of this request by Red Hat Engineering, for potential

It seems to pick up the system nss/nspr package properly.

I'm sorry, we don't need a respin after all -- the current packages work fine
with the latest NSS packages. Closing bug.
