Description Colin Brace 2008-04-20 19:12:51 UTC
Description of problem:

This afternoon I upgraded an F8 system to F9 using the preview DVD; I then
installed ca. 200 updates via yum.

After the upgrade, my Hauppauge WinTV PVR-150 card no longer works. The card is
recognized at boot time (see dmesg output below), but when I try to either view
TV using VLC or cat /dev/video1 to file (raw mpeg), the output is nothing but
black. The setup worked fine under FC6, FC7, and F8 with the atrpms ivtv-kmod
packages.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

$ uname -r
2.6.25-1.fc9.i686

For some reason, after two reboots, it is working now. Marking as resloved.
Sorry for the trouble.
