Description of problem:
libvirt uses the 'stop' and 'cont' commands in the QEMU monitor for pausing and
resuming CPU execution.

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use 'virsh suspend VMNAME'
2. Try to interact with guest

Actual results:
Guest is still responsive

Expected results:
Guest is non-responsive
