'/usr/lib/evince' folder should be owned by evince package.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. rpm -qf /usr/lib/evince
2. rpm -qf /usr/lib/evince/*

this bug has been fixed in evince-2.24.0-1.fc10.x86_64
