'/usr/lib/evince' folder should be owned by evince package.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
evince-2.22.1.1-1.fc9

Steps to Reproduce:
1. rpm -qf /usr/lib/evince
2. rpm -qf /usr/lib/evince/*
