Description of problem:
I am unable to use any update or use "Add/Remove Software"
application. My NetworkManager Applet 0.7.0
says that I have no connection. Every time I 
try to update, it says: 
No Internet connection available.
Please check your connection settings and try again.

Cannot install when offline
 

My web browser works fine.
The only way to make my browser work
is to use Network Monitor 2.12.1
and change my connection to Io
