This initially started with Bug #462444.

Description of problem:
perl-Archive-Extract must not provide perl(Archive::Tar*):

$ rpm -q --provides -p perl-Archive-Extract-0.24-33.fc9.i386.rpm 
perl(Archive::Extract) = 0.24
perl(Archive::Tar) = 1.38
perl(Archive::Tar::Constant) = 0.02
perl(Archive::Tar::File) = 0.02
perl-Archive-Extract = 1:0.24-33.fc9

$ rpm -q --provides -p perl-Archive-Tar-1.37-33.fc9.i386.rpm 
perl(Archive::Tar) = 1.38
perl(Archive::Tar::Constant) = 0.02
perl(Archive::Tar::File) = 0.02
perl-Archive-Tar = 0:1.37-33.fc9

Thank you for creating tickets. This problem will be solved in next update perl-5.10.0-34.fc9.
