Description of problem:
When issue command "firefox -setDefaultBrowser" to set firefox as default browser, following warning messages are displaying:

(Gecko:14000): libgnomevfs-WARNING **: Deprecated function.  User modifications to the MIME database are no longer supported.
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

#rpm -q firefox
firefox-3.0.2-3.el4

How reproducible:
Everytime

Steps to Reproduce:
1. issue "firefox -setDefaultBrowser"

Actual results:
Generates warning messages

Expected results:
No error/warning messages should be shown

yup; can reproduce on RHEL4 (firefox-3.0.1-3.el4), but cannot reproduce on Rawhide (firefox-3.0.1-1.fc10.x86_64).

This request was evaluated by Red Hat Product Management for
inclusion, but this component is not scheduled to be updated in
the current Red Hat Enterprise Linux release. If you would like
this request to be reviewed for the next minor release, ask your
support representative to set the next rhel-x.y flag to "?".

This request was evaluated by Red Hat Product Management for inclusion in a Red
Hat Enterprise Linux maintenance release.  Product Management has requested
further review of this request by Red Hat Engineering, for potential
inclusion in a Red Hat Enterprise Linux Update release for currently deployed
products.  This request is not yet committed for inclusion in an Update
release.
