Description of problem: When issue command "firefox -setDefaultBrowser" to set firefox as default browser, following warning messages are displaying: (Gecko:14000): libgnomevfs-WARNING **: Deprecated function. User modifications to the MIME database are no longer supported. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): #rpm -q firefox firefox-3.0.2-3.el4 How reproducible: Everytime Steps to Reproduce: 1. issue "firefox -setDefaultBrowser" 2. 3. Actual results: Generates warning messages Expected results: No error/warning messages should be shown Additional info:
yup; can reproduce on RHEL4 (firefox-3.0.1-3.el4), but cannot reproduce on Rawhide (firefox-3.0.1-1.fc10.x86_64).
