Description of problem:

Unable to add/delete/modify passwords for users who use the tdbsam backend.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
system-config-samba-1.2.21-1

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install samba packages, 
2. Make sure passdb backend = tdbsam and smbpasswd is empty
2. Install system-config-samba
3. Create user in the GUI

  
Actual results:

No users are visible in the GUI but are added in the smbusers file

Expected results:

Users should be visible in the GUI

Additional info:

This bug is similar to Bug #418561 on RHEL5.

The patch attached backports the fix that went in system-config-samba-1.2.40, is use pdbedit instead of accessing the smbpasswd file.
