anaconda-logs.tgz

Description of problem:

When providing valid iSCSI IP and IQN, ancaonda does not add the drive. If I click Back then Next ... it shows up.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
anaconda version 11.4.1.54

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start rawhide or Preview Release install
2. At partitioning select "Advanced storage configuration"
3. Select "Add iSCSI target"
4. Enter a valid iSCSI target IP and IQN, select OK

Actual results:

The iSCSI volume is not listed in the "Select the drive(s) to use for this installation.

Expected results:

The iSCSI drive should be listed in the list available drives

Additional info:
 * If I click Back, then Next again ... it shows up (see screencast at http://jlaska.fedorapeople.org/f10-iscsi-screencast.ogg).
 * See attached anaconda log files

Comment 1 Hans de Goede 2008-11-05 19:58:13 UTC
Known issue, this is most likely a dup of bug 466661, only later I noticed the same happened with already initialized disks too.

So I'll take care of this one.

jlaska, here is an updates.img which should fix this, can you give this one a try please? :

Looks good. Attaching /tmp/anaconda.log and /tmp/syslog for your review.

re-opening until a build is done and tagged for F10.
