Hrm, could have sworn that 'vnc' owned that directory at one time (which is why I used it), but clearly does not anymore. This was fixed as a side effect of fixing bug #431628, but it looks like I never pushed a new build. vnc-ltsp-config-4.0-5.fc9 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 9. http://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/vnc-ltsp-config-4.0-5.fc9 vnc-ltsp-config-4.0-5.fc10 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 10. http://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/vnc-ltsp-config-4.0-5.fc10 vnc-ltsp-config-4.0-5.fc10 has been pushed to the Fedora 10 testing repository. If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report. If you want to test the update, you can install it with su -c 'yum --enablerepo=updates-testing update vnc-ltsp-config'.
