Description of problem:
The Update Applet shows there are updates for my system, so i do  yum update (the CLI one). afterthat, the Update Applet should be disappeared. However, it doesn't! When i open it up and press on the Refresh button, it raise an error message with the heading "Failed to update package lists"

Here are the detail message:
failed to get a TID: A security policy in place prevents this sender from sending this message to this recipient, see message bus configuration file (rejected message had interface "org.freedesktop.PackageKit.Transaction" member "SetLocale" error name "(unset)" destination "org.freedesktop.PackageKit") (0)

the Update Applet hangs after performing update with yum manually.
