Description of problem:
While using file-roller in Punjabi (pa_IN.UTF-8), it was not 
showing translation, while package has Translated file

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
file-roller-2.24.2-1.fc10.i386

How reproducible:
Everytime

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open termianl
2. export LANG=ja_JP.UTF-8 
3.file-roller
  
Actual results:
No Translated message in application

Expected results:
Should have, when rpm has Translated MO files

working fine with rawhide (file-roller-2.25.1-5.fc11)

might be a bug of its own, but maybe fits into the context:

could it be general problems with locales and/or glibc in fc11.i386 !?

ever since since the last glibc-update (glibc-2.10.1-1.i686) i keep running into problems like  

 # locale -a
 locale: Cannot set LC_CTYPE to default locale: No such file or directory
 locale: Cannot set LC_MESSAGES to default locale: No such file or directory
 locale: Cannot set LC_COLLATE to default locale: No such file or directory
 C
 POSIX

localedef, too, does not quite what it (supposedly) should...
 
 # localedef -i en_US -c -f UTF-8 en_US.UTF-8
 **Floating point exception**

tested and this looks fixed in file-roller-2.24.3-1.fc10
