Description of problem:
The NetBeans 6.5 relies on new version of svnclientadapter, so the
netbeans-svnclientadapter package need to be upgraded.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Existing version of the package (i.e. 6.1) should be upgraded up to 6.5

Expected results:
New version of the netbeans-svnclientadapter package (i.e. 6.5) will be applicable
for the NetBeans 6.5.
