Requesting version bump to alienarena 7.21, concerning the RPMs alienarena and alienarena-data.

I recommend adding the attached simple patch, from:
http://corent.proboards42.com/index.cgi?board=bugreport&action=display&thread=3543

... which should provide evidence that bug #468481 is invalid.
