Description of problem:
if tooltip is added to application, that would be good to user.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. start iok (command iok)
2. goto "ToEnglish" button or other

  
Actual results:
There is no tooltip for buttion

Expected results:
It is helpful

tooltip may be ok but this feels more like a dup of bug 484853.

fixed in iok-1.2.1-1.fc11

it is fixed. Tested with iok-1.3.1-1.fc11
