any news? I still see 1.37 No, Fedora 11 will get boost 1.37. 1.38 was released at the beginning of February. By that time we were already rebased to 1.37 for 2 months, and Fedora got Alpha out. Boost is used quite a bit in the distribution, and rebasing it anywhere outside early broken rawhide stages is a no-go, there's basically no backwards compatibility policy. Updated boost for F12 is here: http://people.redhat.com/bkoz/boost/boost-1.39.0-0.3.fc11.src.rpm Will try to put this in devel soon. Am closing this as WONTFIX for F11, sorry. Ok. Of course FC12 will be far behind again also. 1.40 will be out long before FC12. Can't wait a bit and ping on the Boost-devel list to get an alpha-ish snapshot in? |
