Description of problem:
After upgrade to  NetworkManager 0.7.0.99-4 it fails to work with Vmware 6.5. Either it starts on boot (/etc/init.d/vmware script) or I turn it on manual NetworkManager immediately shuts down. I've attached proper part of /var/log/messages.

How reproducible:
Every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Turn the system on with vmware service turned on or 
#/etc/init.d/vmware start - immediately crashes NetworkManager
  
Actual results:
Crash of NetworkManager

Expected results:
Working NetworkManager
