Description of problem:
Trusted since time stamp is not updated on the org page on Organization Trust page

Satellite-5.3.0-RHEL5-re20090507.1-i386-embedded-oracle.iso


How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. create org_a & org_b with trust
2. login as org_a
3.navigate to Organization Trust page
4. click on the org name
5. Observe the time stamp Trusted Since text page
  
Actual results:
time stamp is always displayed as 12:00:00 AM EDT
Expected result:
correct time stamp.

fixed the date precision to timestamp vs java Date.
